Nightflower

The first solo-record for Elliot Cole, "Nightflower," defies the idea that computer music is inherently sterile. Cole's music has been described as "sparkling icicles of sound" by Rolling Stone, and "Nightflower" features four new works - each composed utilizing his own computer code. Cole, who learned code from his programmer mom, says: "I code to open up these spaces and then go exploring, looking for wild and beautiful things."
